Find your frame size

  1. Find the numbers inside a temple

    Look for a sequence such as 54 □ 18 – 148 on a frame you already wear comfortably. Dimensions are usually given in millimetres.

  2. Read all three measurements

    Lens width is the horizontal width of one lens. Bridge width is the gap between the lenses. Temple length runs along the arm from hinge to tip.

  3. Compare the shape as well as the size

    Match the numbers as a starting point, then compare the frame shape, bridge and temple design. Similar numbers do not guarantee the same fit.
