Returns and Refunds

Eyewear Essentials accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, email hello@eyewearessentials.com with your order number, name, phone number, and reason for return. After approval, we will share return shipping instructions and the return address.

Products must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
