Returns and Refunds

Eyewear Essentials accepts eligible return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

To request support, email hello@eyewearessentials.com with your order number, name, phone number, and reason for the request. After review, we will share the next steps.

Products must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible. Please keep the original packaging and share photos or an unboxing video so we can review the claim.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.

Warranty note

Selected products include a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects only. Wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage, misuse, and colour fading from rough use are not covered.
