Cancellation Policy

We try to process orders quickly so customers receive their eyewear on time.

Before dispatch

You can request cancellation before the order is dispatched by emailing hello@eyewearessentials.com with your order number and phone number.

After dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, the order can be handled through our return or exchange process after delivery, if eligible.

Incorrect details

If the address or phone number is incorrect, contact us immediately. We will try to update the order before dispatch.
