When we ship your order, we send the tracking number to you on WhatsApp. Enter that number below to see your live delivery status.

Where do I find my tracking number?

On WhatsApp — we send the courier name and tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
In your email — the same number is in the “Shipment confirmation” mail.

Haven’t received a tracking number yet?

Orders take 24–48 hours to be packed, and the tracking number is generated only after that. Orders with prescription lenses take a little longer, because the lenses are made to your power.

If it has been more than 48 hours, message us on WhatsApp at +91 98188 80612 with your order number (for example EE1132) and we will check it right away.

COD orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, you pay the courier at the time of delivery. We will tell you on WhatsApp exactly how much cash to keep ready before the delivery arrives. If you already paid an advance on the order, only the remaining amount is due.

How long does delivery take?

After shipping, delivery usually takes 2–4 days in metro cities and 4–7 days elsewhere.
