Warranty

Selected Eyewear Essentials products include a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects. Wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage, misuse, and colour fading from rough use are not covered.

Exchange support

Eligible products can be requested for exchange within 7 days of delivery if unused and kept in original packaging. An unboxing video may be required for damage or defect claims.

Care tips

• Store eyewear in a case when not in use.
• Clean lenses with a microfiber cloth.
• Avoid leaving sunglasses in high heat, such as inside a parked car.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or rough fabric on lenses.
