Prescription questions

Clear answers before checkout.

Can I upload my prescription after ordering?+

Where the product offers prescription lenses, you can provide details during selection and may also send the prescription through the contact route shown after ordering. Production begins only after the required details are confirmed.

What prescription details do I need?+

Provide values for both eyes exactly as written, including SPH, CYL, Axis, PD and any ADD or prism values present. A clear image of the complete prescription helps prevent transcription errors.

What is the difference between single-vision and progressive lenses?+

Single-vision lenses use one prescription power across the lens. Progressive lenses combine multiple viewing zones without a visible segment line and require suitable prescription and fitting details.

Can every prescription fit every frame?+

No. Lens thickness, prescription strength, pupil position, frame size and curvature can affect suitability. Contact us or your eye-care professional when your prescription is strong or includes prism or other special requirements.
