Orders and delivery
How long will my order take?
We dispatch as soon as the order is packed and checked. Delivery time after that depends on your PIN code. You will get a tracking link when the parcel leaves us, so you can follow it the whole way.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is available on many PIN codes in India. If your address qualifies, you will see it as an option at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We send a tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched.
Where do you ship?

Fit and sizing
How do I know a frame will fit?
Every product lists three measurements in millimetres: lens width, bridge width and temple length. Compare them with a frame you already wear comfortably and you will have a reliable starting point.
What do numbers like 54 – 18 – 148 mean?
54 is the lens width, 18 is the bridge between the lenses, and 148 is the length of the temple arm. All three are measured in millimetres.
Are your frames unisex?
Many of them are. We group frames into edits to help you browse, but shape and size matter far more than the label. Explore both and choose what feels right.
Can a frame be adjusted?
Acetate frames can generally be warmed and adjusted by an optician, and metal hinges allow small changes to the temple angle. Have this done by a professional rather than at home.
Lenses and prescription
Can I use my own prescription?
Our optical frames are prescription-ready and can be glazed with your prescription by us or by your local optician.
What lens types can I choose?
Single vision, blue-light filtering, anti-glare and progressive lenses are all commonly fitted to frames like these. Which one suits you depends on your prescription and how you use your glasses — your optometrist is the right person to confirm that.
Are the sunglasses polarised?
Several models are, and it is stated on the product page where it applies. Polarised lenses cut glare from roads, water and glass.
Returns, warranty and care
What is your return window?
We accept eligible return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging, and approved by us before being sent back.
What does the warranty cover?

How should I clean my glasses?
Rinse with water, use a drop of mild soap, and dry with the microfibre cloth supplied. Avoid tissue and clothing, which scratch coatings over time.
